Jeff Kaplan

With over 36 years of retail industry experience, Jeff and his wife, Ellen Cohen Kaplan, founded Innuwindow in 1989. He is the third generation in his family to be in the window treatment business – his grandfather supplied local department stores with curtains during the Great Depression.

 

Jeff values customer service and believes that business is more than simply making the sale. As an independent retailer, Jeff founded the National Independent Textiles Retailers Organization in 1994 as a support group for independent stores like Innuwindow to join together and exchange ideas.

 

Jeff and Ellen have three sons, Josh, Dana, and Jordan, all of whom all of whom grew up helping out in the store or on the road with our installation team. Jeff and his family are all avid cyclists, skiers, and travelers.
